Tool blog offline

arbakid - this idea from some friend in forum, they will be create blog in offline so they just design and after finshed and perfect they will be upload to the internet.

i have some recomended for tool blog offline which give user to create some blog at home using computer stand alone not connect by internet and then after you create and finish at home you can upload to the internet
